Steamboat Springs was one of our favorite stops. It was just before we really started up over the passes over the Rocky's. We spent an extra day here resting. on our day off we took the bus from the campground into the town there the kids loved the bus ride even Kendall thought it was so much fun. We also had smores over the campfire, This was the second time we had done smores, but the first time over a wood fire. The kids also threw rocks in the river here, swam, and played on the playground.
