First Day of School

Getting ready to leave...































We found his classroom and where he sits. We met his teachers.









And he started right in on the work at his desk.















After School he was so excited to see us and tell us all about his day!








Wow, back to having only one child home all day what a change. Dylan has been so excited to go to school. Before his birthday he was constantly asking me when we could go get his school shots so that he could go to school. Finally, his birthday arrived and he turned 5. (I can't believe my baby boy is 5!) Anyways we went and got his shots and he was soooo brave. Then he was ready for school he couldn't wait. We didn't get home from Snowbird until 3am Friday morning. Dylan's first day of School started at 9am Friday morning. When I got up at 8:30 and asked him if he still wanted to go? he was so ready. He quickly dressed and grabbed his backpack. I made him a lunch in his new lunch box and off we went.

Dylan has 2 teachers this year team teaching. Mrs. Dohrman will be there Monday Tuesday and the first half of Wednesday, and Mrs. McIntyre will finish Wednesday and be there Thursday and Friday. Mrs. Dohrman was Carter's Kindergarten teacher when we moved here so They were both very excited that Dylan has her now. He had a great first day and was excited to go back on Monday when the rest of the school would start. (Kindergarten started on Friday a day early).
