The boys and even Kendall when she woke up from her nap enjoyed decorating the gingerbread house. They had such a great time that when they were done...
They couldn't wait to eat it!!
I told them they had to wait for daddy to get home. He was at a meeting. But as soon as dad walked in the door. You can guess what happened...
Our gingerbread house is nothing but 4 walls at this point all of the candy has been eaten off the house and most of the ginger bread is gone too. It would probabally all be gone if school didn't interfere with eating it all day. When I woke the kids told me that they already ate breakfast... The gingerbread house was breakfast this morning! Oh what fun we have when we live life as if we were 2, or 5 or 7 years old with no parents telling us to eat a healthy breakfast. Yummm..... Sugar for breakfast. (At least we don't do this everyday, or do we, fruit loops, cinnimon toast crunch? they all have sugar in them too? Oh well at least we all had a great evening a another fun morning.)
