Well we have made it to Steamboat Springs CO. We are having a great time and going to take a rest day tomorrow. Then out of here we go over rabbit pass and then we are going to take 14 north west over the rest of the Rockies and come out in Ft Collins. At that point we will be on the down hill side of the mountains and rolling on to Kansas City. Thus far we have had really good weather and our bikes are running smoothly. We cleaned out my pedal in Vernal, and I lost a screw that holds the clip on the bottom of my shoe yesterday in Craig CO. We got a replacement screw at a auto parts store and my dad just filed it down to the right length. Yesterday my dad got the first flat on this trip. Here are pictures of us entering Colorado, we stopped to take pictures on the leg between Vernal UT and Blue Mt CO. The flat happened about 8 miles out of Craig we had just finished fixing it and pumping it up when mom pulled up behind us.
It was crazy the way the flat happened we were riding side by side talking when all of a sudden we heard a very loud BANG! We both looked at each other thinking my bike is still rolling smoothly it must have been yours... When we couldn't figure out who's bike popped we kept on rolling... up the hill. At the top of the hill at mile post 82 my dad yelled Stop, it was my tire. so we fixed it. I kept the staple looking thing that popped his tire after taking a picture I taped it into my journal since dad is keeping his journal on the computer and can't tape it to his computer, but I will share the picture I took of it with you all. Another thing the boys love to do it play playstation. We set it up in the back with two screens. They love to play Lego Indiana Jones. Kyle is a big help when they get to a part where they have trouble passing. Today we have gone swimming and played at the park. Then they got to throw rocks into the river passing by. I have pictures on my cell phone of that and will have to wait till I get home to upload them. We are having so much fun! Wish you all were here with us!

We sure miss you guys. Be so glad when we get to see you again. The kids are getting so big and just as ever. Have fun!!!
